Your SnapTack Data tag

Your SnapTack sign has a hidden Data tag sealed inside it - a small NFC chip with the details you gave us.

What a phone shows when it taps a SnapTack Data tag

Reading it

  • Call the emergency number: hold the top of an iPhone (or the back of an Android phone) to the middle of the sign, just above the name. The phone offers to call - no app needed, and it works with no data signal.
  • See the whole card on Android - no app needed: open our Data tag reader in Chrome, tap Read a tag, then hold the phone to the sign. The card is read on your phone; nothing is sent to us.
  • See the whole card on iPhone (warnings, medical, vet, farrier, yard): use the free NFC Tools app - App Store / Google Play - tap Read, then hold the phone to the sign. Any NFC reader app works too.

Sealed for life

The tag is locked when we make your sign, so nobody can change or wipe it - us included. To change the details, order a new sign.

Your details

The details live on the tag. We delete our copy 30 days after your sign is dispatched.
